Welcome to the Grand Kimball Lodge, the secret club house you've always wanted access to but never knew how to find! Hidden behind an unassuming industrial facade, the red garage doors open up to a giant loft space full of vintage charm and masculine grit. Located in a former woodworking factory, this huge, one-of-a-kind 10,000 sq. ft. building in Logan Square features a ground level 3000 sq. ft. garage with 11 ft. ceilings, attached modern office space designed by a prominent local architect, and 2 fully furnished apartment conversions above. The garage space features a working fireplace, original brick and timber throughout, and two industrial sized garage doors that open fully to a private alley for easy loading in and out of equipment. Huge industrial windows in the duplex unit provide tons of light and overlook a green roof above the garage for a softened exterior view. Original details like timber beams and exposed brick walls can be found throughout the building. All spaces are eclectically curated with furniture and artwork that has been painstakingly collected over time by a well-known local artist and interior designer. This unique space features the perfect blend of industrial, vintage, and mid-century modern decor to compliment the warehouse setting. The space can be rented in portions or in full and priced accordingly.
