Full kitchen and AC system on both floors, Walking distance from trader joes and lots of restaurants. *The penthouse is quiet and good for sound sensative filiming * Big elevator makes carrying big equipent easy *Payed parking lot attach to the building *Wide and quiet street with 3 lanes for trucks off load * 5 different wall texstures for variety We also own ANOTHER LOFT in the building (1000 sq ft) and it's avilable for rent, it sets up as a cool artsi living space. *Please include set up and break down in your booking time frame We assign a privet security/concierge representative to any event we host. The representative will be welcoming your guests and escort each and one of them into the venue. During the event, they will be standing outside monitoring the entrance and be available for anything you might need during your event, This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. This is Mandatory and a separate charge, and must be booked for the entire duration of the event. Ask about the link for the host upon booking. We collect $500 refundable security deposit before the start of any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We refund the deposit 2-3 business days after the event. This can be collected Via Square.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Overall nice place had a very good time ... one host was really welcoming/nice made the guest feel comfortable , the other host Albert didn’t make anyone feel to comfortable very up tight , no personality ... every 20 minutes was doing a walk through to count how many guest was in attendance but the main issue was people would go out to the car or store to get more drinks and he would count them again as new guest ... other then that no problems at all event went real smoothly the whole night

This was such a beautiful space! Both Ocean and Brandon were extremely accommodating throughout the entire experience and we had a beautiful shoot using this dream of a location. I would certainly book again and/or use other spaces with this host.
