Venue Details: Two story loft-penthouse with huge terrace in the center of Hollywood, amazing view of the hills and Hollywood sign, valet parking is on both sides of the building, situated on a very quiet and wide street. In a secure building with an industrial freight elevator. Close to lots of restaurants and a Trader Joes. *2 AC's (Heat&Cold) one on each floor. *Sonos speakers through out the whole loft. *Fridge with Ice maker and water purifier. *The penthouse is quiet and good for sound sensitive filiming *Payed parking lot attach to the building *Wide and quiet street with 3 lanes for trucks off load * 5 different wall texstures for variety The top floor (with the upside down garden) comes empty only with the big 4 plants you see in the photos and a small white table for desserts or gifts. The Moroccan lounge you see in the pictures is part of our event rental catalog which includes a rug and pillows for intimate events and is a separate cost. We also have other unique seating design options such as dinner tables\cocktail tables\chairs\benches available for rent. Details are listed below for our current packages. Pricing: We divide our days into two time slots, we do not go hourly: 10am-4pm /5pm-11pm / Full Day Fridays and Saturdays our night slot is 5pm-11:30pm. (This price includes a complimentary doorman/onsite representative for your event or productions above 15 guests) Monday-Thursday (Half Day): $850 / Monday-Thursday (Full day): $1,500 Weekend Half Day Rate (Friday-Sunday): $1750 / Full Day Rate: $2,650 *Ask about our weekday production rate for under 10 people photoshoots, $99/hr *Pricing may vary for special holidays OPERATIONAL COSTS: Cleaning Fee: $165 for events / $135 for productions We require 1 host/doorman to be booked for this location for events, we provide this complimentary. We require 1 security guard for all events over 35 guests, this is an added cost and custom to your events time frame. The representative will be welcoming your guests and escorting them up to the venue. During the event, he will be standing outside the front door monitoring the entrance and will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have as well as implementing our COVID procedures. This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. They will unlock and lock up the door for us at check in and check out. The guard will work with him on getting guests up from the lobby to the penthouse. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and is mandatory at this location with higher capacities, this cost will depend on guest count and time frame of the event. If you entered your event details correctly it should add up in the final cost on Peerspace! Security always would be at the back end/ peak hours of the event to help close down. Hosts get there 15 min early for check in $36.50 an hour to add any extra time for a host and/or security. We collect $520 refundable security deposit before any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We charge $260 for productions. We refund the deposit 5-7 business days after the event. This is collected Via Email Invoice. OUTSIDE VENDORS: We have a preferred vendor list with a bunch of great options as well as a planner who can help you through the planning process if you do not have one. Let us know how we can help! (If you have someone you wish to hire but can’t find them on our list no worries at all, we can add them for no cost) OVERTIME: Sharp check in & out - We charge 1.5% of our asking rate for over time Please include set up & clean up in your booking time frame. MUSIC: Included in with the space is our complimentary Sonos sound system which gets very loud, great for socializing/lounge atmosphere. We have 4 speakers around the loft and a tablet onsite you can play playlists on if you don't want to hire a DJ. *We don't allow the use of any added speakers\amp's other than the ones we provide with our AV package or approved guitar or bass amps with management. If you would like to hire a DJ for your event as us about our AV package and how we can help! AV Package $250: Includes 2 wireless microphones 2 PA speakers and a mixer, a projector, and a trained tech to help set up. RENTALS: Includes delivery to the top floor of the penthouse. Rentals will be set up for you when you arrive. Ask about a custom price Dining Package: Includes up to 50 ivory chiavari chairs and up to 5 8ft long farm style wooden tables Mixer Package: Includes 4 cocktail tables with 8 high boy chairs. Cutlery Package: Includes for 30 guests Rock Glasses, Champagne flutes, Silverware, and Plates CLEANING: We provide a professional cleaning service after every booking that sanitizes the space and does a deep clean of the floors. You're in charge to return the loft the in the best condition you can. Move furnitures back where they belong and leave nothing behind besides your trash. We ask for you to pick up all trash around the loft (trash bags provided) and leave the bags next to the door for the cleaners to take out. Additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking in the case extra cleaning is required. ALCOHOL: We allow you to bring your own alcohol but we don't allow selling alcohol. PARKING: There's a few valet parking lots on our street one of them is attached to the left hand side of the building, The lots are not part of the building and charge between $12-15 per car for the day. Some street parking is also available. This place is awesome, and the owners/hosts are fantastic. The team is extremely communicative and helpful, and super nice. They responded quickly to every annoying question I had, and were always willing to help make our event the best it could be. The space itself is SO cool. Definitely a different experience from your typical corporate holiday party, everyone loved it. We were able to have karaoke on the top floor without being too loud for the convos on the first floor. And the balcony was for sure my personal favorite aspect. I could not rate this place highly enough, honestly. Would love to come back for future events!
