About the Space
Consider using our space as a beautiful space for your meeting, party or event. The space is light, airy, open and with plants as the primary decor. 24 guests seated and 35 mingling. We have an open area in the front of the space and 4 high pub tables with stools in the back. Two large counters that can be used as workspaces or buffet tables. Our back room is a good prep area with a bathroom/utility sink and a refrigerator. We have a nice bathroom in the front of house for guests. Large windows and lots of light. The space is rather flexible with the ability to move tables around and configure it for your event. There is plenty of street parking available. Please book the time you need for your event including the time it takes you to set up and break down your decor, supplies, etc. It's a special spot and we would love to have you!

This was an amazing venue to host our bridal shower. The space was immaculate - beautiful - well appointed and so so happy! Brooke and Kristi were very communicative and easy to work with. All our guests couldn’t get over how beautiful the space was and they all inquired about rental! Huge success - thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space for one of life’s most precious moments!!

The venue was perfect for my small baby shower. We had the venue for 15 guests, but due to people coming down with COVID (ugh), so we only had 10 people attend so there was a ton of space. You could totally fit 15-20 comfortably. Loved the decor vibes too, it was boho with a little bit of industrial mixed in. Totally worked for my baby shower theme. The lights also gave the space a special touch. And two bathrooms! You will need to bring your food ready to serve. I didn’t see an oven and there is a sink but nothing else other than the large counter space for to prep or serve food. Also, the kids left at home, so it might be a different experience if we had kids there since there’s so many cute decor items and plants close to the ground. Parking can be a bit tough in that area, but we were able to figure find parking spots easily. Plus it’s close to a bar and other restaurants if you need a place to go after. Brooke and Kristi were great hosts. Very responsive and detailed with responses to questions. I wish there was a spot for us to dump trash. We had to take all our trash with us at the end. Overall, I’d rent the venue again. It was super cute.
