Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. This meeting room also offers ScreenBeam. To create a seamless meeting experience, unlimited beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $9/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. This was our first time utilizing the space and we could not have asked for a better experience. Communication was always open and even checking to see if we needed any items that we may have forgotten once there. All staff were friendly and very welcoming both to ourselves and guests. Would definitely utilize them again.
