About the Space

THE SPACE: Recording studio includes a control room, live room, lobby, and two community restrooms. Bottled waters, sodas, and fresh coffee are provided. We can accommodate up to 10 people and guarantee a comfortable space for models, artists, crew, wardrobe, and makeup. Street parking, easy first floor access, 24 hour access, no noise restrictions inside studio, all lights change any color, state of the art gear, and a friendly atmosphere.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Sean was very nice with us! The studio is very comfortable, they have a place for coffee and tea, the studio also have light stands that works great for pictures! :) We DEFINETLY come back!
