About the Space
This is a spacious indoor urban oasis, beautifully designed with a unique build out, this warehouse is perfect for a 60-100 person: Meeting Training Workshop Presentation Panel or Any Other Off-Site Corporate or Company Needs We are located in Little Haiti/Little River Business District in Miami and have free parking. Easily accessible from the highway, our indoor space is about 2600 Sq ft, we offer one private rooms, conference size. We have a huge private outdoor garden space with some furniture and low lying beds around a green scenery. We offer full media and sound accommodations, we offer a high quality audio sound system and microphone. We also offer a kitchenette where you can bring your own food and drinks plus two Handicap Capable bathroom facilities for guests. The space can also be used for: Lectures Courses Classes Parties Events Production The Max Capacity for a meeting is 60 people at this price. Please not that we offer furniture for about 15-20 people, anything above that and we can arrange tables and chairs through a third party vendor. Held a networking event at Rikki’s space and was very happy. From the beginning Rikki was very responsive, accommodating and able to assist with all our needs. The space is a great size and just as advertised but also fully stocked with misc items you may need ( serving platters, Ice buckets, vases, etc). It was great working with Rikki and her team! Would definitely use the space again.
