All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a spacious indoor urban oasis, beautifully designed with a unique build out, this warehouse is perfect for: Productions Photoshoots Filming Interviews Fashion Shows or Pop Ups TV or Movie Filming & More We are located in Little Haiti/Little River Business District in Miami and have free parking. Easily accessible from the highway, our indoor space is about 2600 Sq ft, we offer two private rooms - each are conference size. We have a huge private outdoor garden space with furniture around a green scenery. We offer full media and sound accommodations, we offer a high quality audio sound system and microphone. We also offer a kitchen where you can bring your own food and drinks plus two Handicap Capable bathroom facilities for guests. The Max Capacity is 150. We welcome anyone that would like to use our space - call or email us at anytime. We organised a series of beauty training events here from the UK & Rikki & her team made it so easy for us: from accepting deliveries, moving things around, hiring furniture, dealing with our early start times, everything basically.
