Spacious Multi-Arts and Event Space

One of the best kept secrets in Chicago, this space is like a white canvas. It allows you to think big. Make the space yours with our draping and lights to give you the perfect look for your event. All proceeds support our arts and culture programs. This space is the setting of some of the most authentic representations of Afro-Caribbean music and culture in Chicago. ELLevents Unlimited, Inc is the event management company for SRBCC (Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center) we will be with you every step of the way making sure all your ideas come to life. Our ballroom is available year-round and included in the venue fee we provide 6 persons round tables with seating for up to 210 guests. The ballroom is a total of 3,700 sq. ft with a dance floor and a stage to enjoy your event. The space also includes a kitchenette, bar and a parking lot for 20 cars. For additional fees available are 2 bridal rooms each with it’s own restroom. We also have a full bar service with bartenders & servers, a decorator and a sound engineer to create a custom package. We have a preferred vendor list which if utilizes can apply discounts in the venue fee. All reception packages are customizable, prices are for a six-hour period which includes a set-up hour and departure 30 minutes. We could accommodate additional hours beyond the six hours at an additional cost of $500-$1,000.00 per hour however, because city ordinance, we cannot continue the reception past 2:00 am, music must stop at 1:30am. There is an additional $250 for a security deposit which is refunded in 1 business day. We do showings by appointment for the space Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. We do NOT rent to for-profit events, only private free events and fundraisers for non-profits are allowed.
