Our spacious, nonprofit fine art gallery is located in a historic building in the heart of Manhattanville. Rentals include a ground floor of sunlit space and walls adorned with contemporary art by international emergent and established artists. Our space is perfect for art shows, corporate events, pop up shops, and cultural events. You are welcome to play music and serve food and beverages however no alcohol can be sold. We can accommodate up to 80 guests across our floors. At all rentals, a gallery staff member will be present to make sure that things run smoothly and to answer any questions about the artwork. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the gallery. Outside food is welcome, whether provided by caterers or directly by renters. Music is welcome in the gallery, but must be turned off by 11 pm, so we can keep our neighbors happy. Furry friends are welcome at the gallery, but we ask that your animals be leashed or kept under a close eye. We don't want you to lose your security deposit!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
