What activities work well in your space? This is a magical space for gathering, creating and sharing. Because it is outside, it is versatile to meeting space, eating space, and artistic pursuits like paint and sip. Others have used the space for photography. What is the layout of the space and how can the areas be used? The layout is rectangular, with a small garden area, a corner seating area surrounding a fire pit and a dining / serving area - roughly 15 x 18 if we had to give it dimension. Is your space easy to get to you? Absolutely. It's located one mile from the 19th St. Bart Station, within the historic Unified Schools District near the intersection of Market and Grand. What unique features or amenities does your space have? Character. Love. Energy (and a fire pit!) How many guests fit comfortably standing vs seated? The current setup allows for 15 actual seats (much more space than this) and comfortable standing room for 30
