The space is housed within a newly renovated, boutique Bed and Breakfast located in Wicker Park. There is a loading zone in front of the building to for easy equipment loading in/out. Plus, we have staff on-hand to assist with greeting guests. Beautiful space, only used it for photo and it was perfect. If using for video, there is a train that runs by every now and then and it could make recording audio a bit tricky. Awesome space, awesome host!

We rented Wicker Park’s lovely event space for a baby shower and it was perfect for our group of 32. We also had a room for two nights and the bed and breakfast experience was very nice. Great rooms, clean, well appointed and all supported by a friendly staff who were attentive and very helpful. Would recommend for a city stay with great restaurants and cafes with walking distance and also the ideal spot for visiting guests when extra room is needed. Thank you all for such an enjoyable weekend!
