About the Space
Our loft is specifically designed to create the feeling of living in the clouds, and is perfect for elevated gatherings. The space boasts 25 foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, a large bathroom, a modern moroccan lounge, and statement walls created by talent from Anthropologie. The natural light we get through our floor-to-ceiling windows is dreamy and fantastic for smaller, more intimate daytime events, and equally as magical at night with our soft lighting midlevel lighting and candles. We are situated in a safe, quiet gated live/work complex with free street parking and easy ground level entry. How our space looks isn’t the only thing that’s important to us. We are particularly mindful of the atmosphere in our loft, and elevate the vitality of the space with over thirty happy, healthy plants, sustainably sourced sacred woods, and beautiful crystals. With summer upon us, it's worth noting that we also have amazing central air conditioning and upgraded air filters. We take extra sanitary precautions at the loft using all natural cleaning agents before and after every booking, and spray all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. And for all you animal lovers out there, we have a small beautiful cat named Bitsie who sleeps in the closet during events. We welcome scouts or virtual FaceTime walkthroughs! RENTING OUR FEASTING TABLE: You have the option to have a lovely 12 or 18 foot table that seats up to 20 attendees. The table can be curated with the same whimsical aesthetic as the rest of our loft and is perfect for any kind of social function. Please message to learn more about the feasting table and other additional rental options such as chairs, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Our white peacock chair is available upon request for a small fee, please inquire! FEATURES: Central open space with kitchen, perfect for buffet-style eating. Multiple entertaining areas upstairs and downstairs. Secure access through an electronic gate — and best of all, free parking :) LOCATION: We are located in between Venice, Mar Vista, and Marina del Rey. Super convenient to the West Side, South Bay, and really anywhere as the 90 freeway is practically in our backyard! PARKING: Free unmonitered street parking on our street plus 2 subterranean parking spots in our garage. This space is 10/10. This space doesn’t look like it’s pictures, it’s so much better. Pictures don’t do it justice and Caroline is the absolute sweetest and was very patient when my clients ran late and we had to bump our time a bit. 100% recommend this space, partially because it’s gorgeous and clean, and partially because the hosts are fantastic .
