The space is an open, airy studio with lots of light and pristine energy. A great space for workshops, photoshoots, meditation and movement classes, off-site meetings, launch parties and pop-ups. Connected to a large art-retail property on Lincoln Boulevard loved for its multicultural, artistic and whimsical vibe, this space is quickly becoming known as the most beautiful studio space on the westside of Los Angeles.
- No smoking. Designated smoking areas are available. - No loud music after 9pm - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - All rentals include setup and tear down time.

Leo was super diligent and dedicated to His space. The love shack that this place is attached to is a venice icon. It was a great place for our guests to arrive and experience such a memorable event. I’d suggest though creating additional time for arrival and set up as we go set back an hour because of that reason.
