All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our 1200 sq foot spacious and inspiring creative studio is great for social gatherings, network events, workshops or small parties. We have two main rooms with tables space to comfortable seat 8-10 people each or 30 people standing room, as well as a semi-private outdoor area. There is ample, and free parking! Located in downtown Cotati there is next to a taproom and bakery, with several restaurants just a block away!

There is ample parking in the lot in front of our studio (approx 20 cars) plus additional 2-hour parking all around the Park Plaza.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Alisha’s space was perfect. A different, but creative and warm and beautiful space. It was clean and neat. All the needed ammeneties were available. She was present and supportive and amazing. Loved it!!!
