About the Space
Birthday parties and business meetings are welcome in our space. There are 900 square feet totally. Furniture includes 6 tables seat a maximal of 6 each, a large (4' x 8') rolling official First LEGO League/robotics competition table, armchairs, a maker workstation, laptop stand, toddler's playing table, and a LEGO space exploration themed wall. Addition folding tables and chairs available on site. Accessible restroom inside. Upright piano available for an additional fee. Easy access from Central Expressway, US-101, US-85, and CA-237. Multiple restaurants in the same plaza (RoundTable Pizza, Sushi, Korean, Indian, Mexican Food). Walking distance to Encinal park with tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, baseball courts, and picnic area for additional fun. Maximum 30 guests. $65 per hour, minimum one hour.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place is great! Spacious and clean. Very suitable for the 1st birthday party for our daughter. We have more than a dozen of adults and kids of various ages. Everyone was happy and satisfied. The host is super nice!

We had a wonderful experience at Steam Fun. Yan was an amazing host. We celebrated our daughters “messy play” 2nd birthday. We had a variety of messy, sensorial play activities for kids ages 2-6 and Yan’s studio was a great venue for it. She supplied ample tables and chairs, as well as access to much of the toys and activities already in her studio, which we didn’t use but was nice to have the option. One of our activities was messier than we had planned and she kindly brought her vacuum from home to help us clean. There was ample parking for guests and the location has many food offerings should one need them. My only wish would have been to be able to remove the furniture pieces that we didn’t want in the room. There were more tables and chairs than we needed and a huge robotics table that took up space but we moved furniture around and made it work. And for the price, this venue just can’t be beat. We would definitely book this location again. Thank you, Yan!

The site is awesome! We used it for holiday piano recital and the event was a success. But I do have a small complaint that the stool used for the piano is very old and almost at the breaking condition. It was shaking too. Also the piano is a bit old now the keys are loose. If u don’t plan to do piano recital, this site is really awesome and the staff is super friendly and helpful before and after. But I do wish to see some improvements on piano equipment since we plan to host the event here on quarterly basis. Thank you!

Yan made sure the venue was available ahead of time. She left detailed instructions for us. The place was clean, well organized with plenty of chairs and tables. There was also a projector available. The place has a playful ambience and encourages creativity. We had a brainstorming session for our team. Everyone on the team thoroughly enjoyed the place.
