About the Space
Welcome to a charming art studio with tons of natural light via two full walls of multi-pane industrial windows, peppered with plants and colorful paintings. Predominantly a painting studio, the light and creative energy in it makes for lovely photo or film shoots. It is on the first floor with easy access, tons of street parking, security and on site management. It is conveniently located a couple blocks from the L, J, M, Z, A and C train at Broadway Junction. 24 hour access in a secure warehouse building.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

Beautiful space! It was perfect for my photo shoot. The lighting, plants, and art - everything was immaculate. One thing to note is that the bathroom is shared and outside of the main space, but we didn’t even need it !
