Includes a pool bar, jacuzzi, a slide, many chairs and 2 dinner tables. The pool house has a bar and a restroom, many tv's and a giant projector screen. Total of 3 small fridges, 2 barbecues, 3 bar areas. There is 3 fireplaces lo light up as well as night party lights with water fountains.

There is no restrictions, the access is only for the backyard and pool house so guest bring their own food and beverages. There is a sound system but for larger parties a DJ is recommended.

The Space was perfect for our event. It was impeccably maintained and the water features of the pool areas were relaxing to watch. Between the multiple fire pits, and Poolhouse, it provided a fun, elegant space for people to socialize.
