Centrally located in the Burbank Media District, our venue is on street level with easy in-out loading and a small parking lot for host+party helpers, and ample open un-metered street parking for guests. Beautifully chic and simple, our pretty space is modern and elegant with rustic dining tables, vineyard crossback chairs and boxwood hedge decor on mirrors and on the photo backdrop at the front of the space. No need to decorate as it's perfectly lovely with indoor garden vibes (though you are welcome to bring additional decorations and decor!)... Air conditioned, Sonos Sound System provided, Fridge / Sink, Dishware and decor rentals available! Heads up: Guests say the space is larger in real life than it looks in the pictures! Our MAX capacity is usually 30 guests (we can seat 30 at the long dining table), though we are encouraging smaller gatherings due to Covid-19 and to allow more distance between guests. Please inquire for more details. Cleaning fee for Meetings / Offsites is $75 as there is usually less mess and no alcohol involved. If you will be serving buffet style food & alcohol or doing something that is more "event" like than "meeting" like, you'll be charged the $125 event cleaning fee (instead of the discounted $75 meeting cleaning fee). Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I love this space! I booked this space after spending hours trying to find an affordable, naturally lit venue for a meeting. We didn't want to have to sit in a stuffy windowless room for hours, feeling uninspired and bored. When I found Krystal's place, I immediately fell in love! Everyone had such nice things to say as they arrived for the meeting, and we ended up booking the space for another event the next day! We had a hard out at 6:30, but time slipped by and Krystal showed up to let us know it was almost time. We quickly packed our things and vacated the space all the while Krystal was smiling and so understanding and accommodating! And wouldn't you know, we had worked together in the past! Everything about this experience was absolutely lovely and I encourage anyone thinking about it, to definitely book Krystal's beautiful venue! Thank you again for everything!
