Conveniently located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle with ample free parking, easy access to restaurants & coffee shops. The space includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, conference table, and intimate sitting area. This 800 sq. ft. innovative space boasts exposed 13 foot ceilings, unique light fixtures, and a large window making the space bright and airy. The well-appointed furniture and large greenery wall will be the perfect backdrop for your upcoming event. All rentals include use of Bose sound system, monitor for presentations, HDMI, and mini display adapters, and printer. The space is also equipped with complimentary WIFI (150mbps.) The space area comes fully furnished and the meeting tables can be easily re-arranged to fit your needs. The kitchen is stocked with all the serving essentials
- All exterior doors (to outside) must remain closed (no propping open) - No parking in spots that are marked with other business’ names. - No decorations allowed in the building’s common areas. - No tape, pins, nails or any affixing décor to the walls, to include command strips. Special décor is considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Venue Manager. - No candles or open flames of any kind. Birthday candles are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Venue Manager. - No glitter, stickers, or confetti allowed (to include party poppers) - If booking through Peerspace.com, the individual who originated your booking must remain the single point of contact for the Venue Manager through the end of your rental agreement to include onsite. Set up & Tear Down: - Your rental time MUST include all hours you, any items or individuals associated with your event plan to be in the space. This means you need to reserve and pay for enough time to set up and break down completely. No exceptions. - If your clean up or event goes past your scheduled rental time you will be charged for additional hours in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the normal hourly rate. Hours are rounded up to the next1/2 hour. - Leave the space in the same condition you found it. Please place all waste into the trash & recycling dumpsters outside of the loading dock. Noise: - Our space is in a professional building with other tenants. Please do not disturb others with excessive noise or impede access to common areas during business hours. Smoking & Alcohol: - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or marijuana inside the space. - For events with alcohol, guests (or their hired vendors) must provide their own alcohol, as well as a copy of a Washington State Liquor License or Banquet Permit to Venue Manager two weeks prior to the event (if applicable) - the cost is $10 for the day and can be applied for online here: http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits. - Guests must ensure they are in complete compliance with all Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board regulations which do NOT permit any open containers of alcohol to be taken outside. Dogs: - We are proud to be dog friendly! - Please ensure that you clean up after your dog inside and outside of the space. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be on leashes outside and in all common areas. Damage & Items Left in the Space: - You are responsible for any damage to the space. If we find damage from the event you will be provided with a quote from a third party to fix the damage. - If you do not remove all items from the space by the end of your rental time you must schedule a time at the Venue Manager’s discretion to collect your items. You will be charged in 30-minute increments at a rate of 1.5x the hourly rate until your items are removed.
I threw a leadership workshop here for my managers. We traditionally go to a restaurant or one of our restaurant locations to host meetings. This atmosphere was inviting, comfortable, and just perfect for us. It felt great to find a venue that I was proud to bring my managers into. Both Jessica and Victoria were so helpful and welcoming. I look forward to booking this location in the future.
