A 1000 square foot creative space and photo studio with high ceilings and great vibes located off the 405 and Cherry Ave. 3 Parking spots and ample street parking. The space also has a 12' roll up door for easy load in / out. We have WIFI and a kitchenette. Studio set up: - (3) dedicated 20 amp circuits - 12 foot seamless stand - Seamless paper available for purchase per foot (contact for current available options) - C stands - Sand Bags - Stingers - V Flats Some additional video and photo equipment available for additional fee, please reach out for list and availability. **We are NOT a sound stage, and this is a shared space, so if your shoot requires privacy, please let us know, and we'll see if we can accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
