About the Space

A 1000 square foot creative space and photo studio with high ceilings and great vibes located off the 405 and Cherry Ave. 3 Parking spots and ample street parking. The space also has a 12' roll up door for easy load in / out. We have WIFI and a kitchenette. Studio set up: - (3) dedicated 20 amp circuits - 12 foot seamless stand - Seamless paper available for purchase per foot (contact for current available options) - C stands - Sand Bags - Stingers - V Flats Additional Video and Photo equipment available for additional fee, please reach out for list and availability. **We are NOT a sound stage

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
