About the Space

Classic 2,500 sq ft Boxing and fitness gym. Ample space, perfect for a gym for your photo or video shoot. Great led lighting, circulation, WiFi and A/C. Very clean and simple gym layout. Spacious front floor, boxing ring, weights, bench press, treadmill and heavy bag area. Located in the city of El Cajon and there is a Food market and shops near by. Rental of our facility requires the renter to leave the facility in the same condition as when they began, clean and organized. In the event that the facility is not returned to its original state, the renter will be subject to a $50.00 cleaning fee. In the event that any equipment, fixtures, furniture, etc. are abused, broken or stolen during the rental of the facility, the renter shall be liable for the replacement or repair of such items within 72 hours of scheduled rental.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Berlin, the host, was very accomodating the space was exactly as pictured. They even have shades over the front windows to help control the lighting for photo and video shoots. 10/10

We had a great experience at the gym! Beautiful interior, stunning lighting, perfect for filming. Berlin was very nice and we'd certainly rent his space again.

Incredible venue/boxing gym. Super clean, great aesthetic and lighting, awesome ring, bags and fitness area. Was the perfect choice for my film shoot and looks amazing on camera. Also sweet graffiti art to top it off. Coach Berlin was very professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend this venue for your film shoot or photography session.
