- No smoking or illicit activities. - All rentals include set up and clean up time. - Please bag all trash (bags are provided) and return furniture back to original position at the end of event. - Please factor in setup and cleanup time in your booking. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals OR for bookings outside of our normal hours of operation (9am-6pm PST). Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly.
Great space for an offsite. Cool location and convenient having a cafe above the space. Katie was very responsive and helped set up the space in a way that made the most sense for our group.
