I chatted with both Taylor and Katie and they were super helpful and prompt in their response. We had a few unexpected requests on our end (e.g. a new mother need space to pump, sudden space change), and they were able to accommodate. One minor hiccup was the trash. We had the space booked for two days, and the trash cans were full on day two, and I had to personally coordinate with the building to take them out myself. A minor oversight on overall a great space, and I would definitely book with them again.

Great awesome space. I would love to host another even here. The host herself, was amazing. She was very helpful and really easy to work with. The entire staff at the Laundry was always cheerful and ready to help. It was also great having a coffee shop upstairs so folks could go take a break and order what they wanted. I loved that it was a little art gallery too. I have a few artists that have shows and I am actually wondering if that would be a good venue for them. Only negative, was that people tended to wander down into the space during our event. Obviously the folks working there were totally fine, but people who wanted to see the space before they rented it out would just wander in, which could be distracting because I was expecting a few people I didn't know to come in and I couldn't tell whether they were there for the event or just random people. I am sure that if both floors were booked or if it was an evening event, that would happen less frequently. Loved the space and the people.
