Working with Lily was a breeze! She was very friendly, accommodating to our needs, and quick to answer our questions. The space was fun and quirky, great if you're looking for a retro vibe!
The space appears as advertised. We shot a short film here. Lily is a great host! Very spontaneous with text messages, respectful of what we agreed on, and always super friendly. I'd recommend this place! Plus it has a "family room" on the first floor which is great for staging gears. Backyard is great for crew lunch and setting up production office.
We had a shoot here with a cast and crew of around 25. This is an exceptional filming location with extremely friendly and accommodating homeowners. The house has a fun retro vibe with lots of cool details. If you're looking for a 60s/70s basement look (very difficult to find in LA) the rec room in the back is absolutely amazing and great for shooting.
