Our beautiful, sunny, open concept home is in the San Francisco Bay Area! Recently renovated with luxury refinements throughout. Home comfortably accommodates 12 people. Located in the East Bay hills and overlooking the Bay with easy access to/from highway. A short walk to playground and tennis courts. A 25min. drive to SF. A 40min drive to Napa. Our home is newly renovated, fully furnished, 2500 sqft (214 sq meters), 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home includes Master Bedroom with on-suite. House has 2 Cal-king beds, 1 Full bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 sofa bed. Open Family room and Kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, formal dining room and living room (with fireplace). Home includes newly refinished hardwood floors throughout. New washer/dryer included. Includes family friendly items like Baby Bjorn portable crib, booster seat, kids toys and books.
Walk through/tour of home accompanied by host during check-in NO SMOKING (inside or outside of home) NO PARTIES NO PETS allowed (we love pets, however our family uses the home during holidays and we are all highly allergic :(.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
