Our stylish and bright venue is perfect for your next event! Within our 600 sq. ft space we offer a cozy sitting area, complete with plush sofa, coffee table and Instagram-worthy fluffy accent chairs. You can bring your own food and beverages and make use of our kitchenette which has plenty of countertop space, a sink, microwave and gorgeous vintage style refrigerator. The venue is appropriate for both larger gatherings and events as well as more intimate purposes. We offer a clean, naturally lit venue with a chic bar table and bar stool corner as well as designer tables and chairs. You may rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. Additionally, photographers can make use of a paper backdrop with four different colors and a movable green wall on wheels that can be decorated. A 70” TV with Google Chromecast and HDMI cable is available for presentations, music, and more. The space is located on the intersection of Milwaukee Ave and Karlov Ave, close to HWY 90 with convenient street parking with easy keyless entry, so you can access the venue without meeting with or waiting for anyone. The space can hold at least 30 people. You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and even to start planning your event! You may visit any time, Monday through Friday, as long as the space isn't being used for another event. Just let us know the exact date and time you’d like to come by and we will make it happen. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time with in your original booking to avoid extra charges. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space and all furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. You may hang items on the movable green wall, using the small black hooks seen in the picture. FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests with in the space but can't be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it in the end of the event. If you use our backdrop, we request that you use only what you need and make every effort to keep it as clean and smooth as possible so that it can be reused. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building, smoking is permitted in the back of the building only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was such a lovely space, exactly as shown in the pictures. We hosted my sister's bridal shower here for about 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received many compliments on the space and location and honestly, the price is incredibly reasonable in comparison to what one can expect to pay elsewhere. We used an extra table and some chairs from the garage and everything far exceeded our expectations. I have nothing but good things to say!

I couldn’t be more excited that I chose this place to host my first hand-lettering workshop. I wasn’t able to make it there beforehand, but there was absolutely no need. The only difference between the pictures and the space is that the pictures slightly pale in comparison. Guests and even my photographer raves about how the space was bright, cozy and intimate. I definitely would rent this space again and encourage anyone who is having a small, intimate event to do the same.

Booking the space was easy and Julia answered all of my questions quickly. I also was able to go see the space in advance of booking and coordinate that quickly which was nice. The space is really nice. We had a small company meeting with dinner and dessert. We had 14 people and it was a good size! We used the tv to project a PowerPoint and video and it worked great. The space was super clean and really worked perfectly. The only thing I would note is that the room does get pretty loud when everyone is talking because it echoes a bit because of the high ceilings. That wasn’t really a problem for us though - we just turned down our background music a bit. We had a great event and would definitely book again!
