Our brand new conference room has all of the bells and whistles, from a large HDMI compatible flat screen television monitor, all the way to a whiteboard, this locale truly has everything you need to have a successful meeting. The table seats up to 8 people, but standing space included can host up to 30 people. Booking this space gives access to break rooms and a kitchen. Our location is In the heart of Silicon Valley, near the Google Campus, Levi's Stadium, and the Santa Clara Convention Center. Our locale also has easy access to Highways 101 and 280, and is within shouting distance of light rails and multiple bus lines, providing an easy commute for our clients Our building provides a quiet atmosphere, with all of the amenities from the technological to the logistical. Our office manager will also coordinate with you, to ensure that any requests or questions are addressed promptly. If your event will be held outside of our normal business hours (M-F 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM), a lock-box located at the bottom of our front door, will provide access cards to your party to enter the building. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The booking experience was great. Hongqi approved my booking quickly and provided very clear instructions on how to get to the room and WiFi information. The room itself is fine, as it appears in the picture. The location itself didn't have coffee despite it being advertised. After returning from a lunch break we discovered people meeting in the room. They left, but also left behind a small mess that we needed to clean up.

I needed a space for my team meeting so I got what I needed but overall the experience wasn’t that great. For starters, the access code that I was given didn’t work. Then we found out the room that I booked was already occupied and my team was waiting outside all confused thinking that they showed up at the wrong place. Upon contacting the host, she came and met me in person to ask if she could put us in a different room and we were already delayed by 15 mins in this entire process. Then she learned that the previous meeting went overtime so they were about to leave so we waited another 5 min. As we all entered and settled down, we realized the room was extremely stuffy and hot, I had to contact the host again to figure out how to turn down the temperature. She was helpful, came down to show me how it’s done but also asked me to leave the door open so their is done air circulation. Even after doing all of that, the temperature inside the room was significantly warm and we all were sweating in there. We also had to leave the door open the entire duration of our meet up which wasn’t very cool as there were people going up and down the corridor. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, definitely not a smooth start as ut took us good 30 min to figure things out and get started and then the temperature in the room was not comfortable at all. Host was very responsive so I’ll give 2 stars for that.
