TOILETS*** THROW ONLY TOILET PAPER INTO THE TOILETS !!! All other garbage (i.e. Tampons, baby wipes, paper towels, etc) is to go into the waste basket provided! If toilets are misused it will be subject to additional charges.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The home is completely remodeled. Our private, modern, one-story 1121 SF house located in San Gabriel, on the board with East Pasadena and San Marino. The house celebrates outdoor-indoor living with access to outdoor space from living area and one bedroom. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and large sliding doors allow for amazing light to drench the home. Plenty of NATURAL LIGHT throughout the entire house gives the location an outstanding photography shots and great for filming! You will have access to the living room/ dining room/kitchen bathroom, master bedroom and outdoor(shown in the pictures) at this price. Entire house is available for shooting For access to all 3 bedrooms or for shoots with crews of over 20 people, please email inquiry, as the rate is higher. Someone will be onsite for duration of shoot to help with any questions or needs. Our yard is an inviting open space with deck and trees. The deck has a coffee table to enjoy a meal or simply lounge outside. There is a detached garage in the back that could be available as well. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is unlimited street parking. We are a close to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, McDonald, other restaurants, and public transportation.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
