About the Space
A unique 1881 row house with large rooms on the Bushwick/East Williamsburg border that's been restored with a mix of antique features and modern design by Brooklyn Better Space, a design company owned by the owner. Features include exposed Brick, french doors, mid-century modern, art deco furniture and original art on the walls. Two indoor/outdoor cats live in the space but they will likely be in the backyard during your shoot. All fabric surfaces are vacuumed regularly, but please be aware in case your cast or crew has allergies.

Enrico was incredibly communicative and accommodating for my company's video shoot. The space is beautifully curated, clean and the location is very safe with ample street parking. The backyard here is also absolutely gorgeous! If you're looking for an easy and highly aesthetic location for a small video or photo shoot in NYC I definitely recommend, it's easily accessible by public transport and a quick drive from Manhattan.

The house it self has so many architectural characters that it gave great touch to our film and host has made it even better with amazing art pieces and furniture. Beautiful place to shoot. Amazing space. Enrico and Reigan were wonderful while we were there and were very communicative and easy to work with in the days leading up to our shoot. Everything was just as pictured and had clearly been cleaned prior to our arrival. They even accommodated additional requests from our team for a couple of prop items. Amazing light in the house - particularly upstairs bedroom!
