Our creative studio in Far Rockaway is a great space for a wide variety of productions including interviews, portraits, photo shoots, narrative scenes, recipe videos and more. The apartment has a genial balance of agreeable gray walls and a comfortable cozy vibe. Guests have access to the common space, kitchen, bathroom, basement to load equipment into the elevator and a guest parking lot inside the comple We are literally one block away from Rockaway beach which makes it great, natural light, and comfortable seating.

• Clean everything up and leave it the way you came. • Food and beverages are permitted as long as care is taken to avoid spills. • It's appreciated but not required for models/staff to have separate shoes for indoor/outdoor (when not used as a photo space, the loft is a no-shoes space). • No smoking indoors. • All rentals include setup and cleanup time. Please inquire for details about staffing. • Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
