Casa Petranis is a peaceful escape located right in the center of Chelsea. This spacious 3,000 square foot loft has a unique layout offering limitless potential. With three bedrooms, an open kitchen layout, a work area, a dining area plus an array of noteworthy amenities including virtual reality system, gaming consoles, pin-ball machines, unique decor objects, high-end sound systems and a projector screen makes this the perfect space to let your creativity run loose. We work with you at every step- before, during, and after- to help make your vision a reality with the highest level of quality and service. We handle all the logistics so you can focus on what really matters. We manage several locations in NYC. Each space has an on-site representative. Our customer experience team has been working in the events industry for 5+ years. We have a hands on approach and are here to assist you if needed. Once you book the space, our representative will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. Before you arrive, the space will be prepped and spotless ready for you to use. When you arrive, the on-site rep will check you in, assist you load in your equipment, and will be available on-site the entire time in case you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up. Virtual reality Our prices for events are: - 1-14 people - $325 per hour - 15-24 people - $375 per hour - 25-34 people - $425 per hour - 35-44 people - $475 per hour - 45-54 people - $525 per hour Certificate of insurance is mandatory to access premises. If you don't have a trusted COI supplier, we can help! Events administrator is mandatory for day time events (until 5pm) and will be charged as a separate fee. Cost for this service is $25/hour. Door guy service is mandatory for nigh time (after 5pm) events and will be charged as a separate fee. Cost for this service is $35hour. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: - The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations. - No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company. - No bicycles are allowed inside. - No smoking. - No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals) - Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care. Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession. PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO: - Move furniture - Turn on or change air conditioners - Operate Equipment If client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space is just as pictured. Eduard was on-site and very helpful in keeping the location tidy and making sure everything went smoothly during our shoot. One note, though: during our interview we had fairly consistent sound interruptions - mostly sirens on 8th Avenue, but a few other issues as well - that resulted in the interview going long. This might make us hesitant to use the space again, but it would definitely work well for events that aren't sound-dependent. Overall, we were happy with the rental.

We held a spiritual healing and meditation event at the loft. It is a lovely, inviting, and visually interesting space. We were easily able to create the setting and ambiance we desired, with an intimate area for the workshop and an open, adjacent area for participants to gather and speak with one another. Eduard was very warm and responsive, and he went out of his way to ensure a good experience for us. He helped the morning set up and post-event break down go smoothly, and his assistant Alice' who was on site for the event was absolutely lovely. Our experience was excellent, overall, and I would highly recommend this space.
