Welcome to our studio! Our space is a blank canvas for you with all white walls, a 12 ft ceiling and ceiling fan, track lighting, a skylight and a bay window in the very front. This ground level storefront is perfect for an art show, photoshoots, a pop up shop, meetings or gatherings. Located in the heart of the Downtown San Pedro Art District, our location offers easy access from the 110 South and/or 47 freeway. On the first Thursday of each month, this area hosts an art walk which draws large crowds, food trucks and often times live music-which could be a great opportunity for you to promote a product or service using our space as your base. There's a quaint coffee shop located right across the street from us as well as many great restaurants within walking distance. Come check us out and see if this studio fits your needs! 1.5 miles to the marina. 1.5 miles to Ports o call 2.5 miles to Cabrillo beach

I'm open to most things. Day and evening parties are ok but no late night parties will be allowed. No Smoking is permitted inside the studio (depending.. exceptions can be made) , but there are areas outside to do so.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was AMAZING!! The host was prompt and accommodating, super professional and friendly. The place is clean and and has a great vibe. It was a fun shoot and very easy transaction. I would rent the space again in a heartbeat! It is a wonderful value for the money !!!

David was AWESOME!!! Very friendly!! He had great hospitality! The space was beautiful and really made our vision come to life! This is a great space and great community. The residents of San Pedro were very friendly as well.
