PRIVATELY OWNED FACILITY WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS AND NO NOISE RESTRICTIONS. 8,000 feet of space on ground floor often used for large gatherings, parties, church events and other religious or social celebrations. We are often booked for large MEETINGS and baptismal parties and Quinceañera's and Birth Day Parties. No extra charges for outside food/drink. All renters must provide event insurance. Tables and chairs for up to 100 are included at no extra cost (additional are extra). $12 for tables and $2 for chairs. We also have private rooms available. We are centrally located on a freeway exit (Central Ave.) between the 105 and 91 freeways with private gated parking and plenty of street parking too.
No smoking inside the building and depending on usage the gym floor must be covered/protected (we provide this service). All trash must be placed into our trash cans. We provide a staff person to stay and assist during all bookings at no extra charge. WE CAN HOLD UP TO 500 people for parties/banquets.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
