Built in 1957, The Highland Bungalow has been recently updated into a four season cabin with modern comforts located in the scenic Delaware River Valley in Sullivan County, NY. The home features an large open living space with vaulted ceilings, small open kitchen, wood burnings stove and wood paneling. Also on the main floor off the living space is a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a white-washed sleeping loft with two skylights that gets great light. There is a large screened in porch the has views of the most scenic areas of the property and surrounding area. The grounds consist of just under an acre of dynamic wooded and rocky landscape. A lake can be seen in the background. Photoshoots, small video productions, and small meetings work well on this property. Its really best for its quant and cozy qualities with a small but open floor plan and nearly seamless transition to the outdoor porch. Depending on the season this space can comfortably seat 12-14 people and perhaps 20-25 standing. The property has good parking and is easily accessed by a main road.
