The entire space is available for private events and includes a kids corner for onsite event care, a kitchen, 2 conference rooms, a lounge area and an open space which can accommodate up to 200 people standing, and 100 seated comfortable, depending on set up preferences.

No open flame or candles are allowed, battery operated candles are allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside, at the designated spaces of the premises, not near the entrances of the buildings Music: Yes, you may play any music you'd like, Bluetooth speakers are available. If you hire a DJ or band, they must bring in their own sound system, but music must be kept to a reasonable volume. Conference Spaces: Can be booked Monday-Saturday 7am-9pm Private Event Start times: Monday-Thursday 6pm-10pm, Friday 6-11pm, Saturday 3pm-12am, Sunday 2pm-11pm. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. The space looks exactly like what is in the picture. The facility was clean and everything worked perfectly. Coffee and Water were supplied for my associates, and a printer was made available as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our host was friendly, kind and accommodating. I will definitely be using this space again for my conference room needs. There was a typical NW wind storm this night, and the power went out a couple times during our meeting, but it came right back on within 30 seconds each time.
The space looked exactly as advertised, and was perfect for our video production needs. The host, Margie, was very accommodating and helped make our experience here as pleasant as can be. Looking forward to our next booking here!
