The layout is triangular and the unit has over 20 windows with excellent light throughout the day. The unit is accessed by it’s own private elevator and requires a code for access. The space can easily accommodate 50 people standing. The space has a drop down theater screen and sonos music system throughout. There is high speed wifi, sonos sound systém, high end appliances. The unit is easily accessible via public transportation. It is less than a mile from Jack London. Recently the building and a unit where featured in the indie award winning movie « sorry to bother you. ». Unit is 1 block from The Fox Theater and 3 blocks from the Paramount theater. No smoking to include vaping. No drug use. Large parties of more than 10 people shall require a door person for entry and accès of guest. As access is via private elevator all guest should be met for entry in the building and then accompanied to the unit. No loitering in entry or stairwell. Movie production and photo shoots are acceptable with contract, proof of insurance, liability and deposit to be determined/negotiated. If security is required for the event security must be bonded and vetted. Minimal alteration to the space is permissible but unit must be returned to it’s original state. Moving furniture is allowed but should be returned to original location.
