Dreamy on 15th House Rules: * The venue is located in a residential neighborhood and subject to city noise ordinances, i.e., "quiet time" begins at 11 p.m. and amplified or live music cannot be "clearly audible" for more than 50 feet across the property line of the home's 6,000-sq.-ft. lot. * Parking is curbside/street parking. * Alcohol is BYOB, however corkage fees by case or by bottle must be negotiated and paid prior to the event. * No smoking is allowed except in designated outside areas, and will be strictly enforced. * Outside events planning, catering, etc. are allowed, but details must be submitted to host at time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to event. * The use of candles, incense, mosquito coils or any other fire or heat producing item is allowed only with pre-approval from the host. * Commons areas, dressing rooms & entertaining/staging areas are expected to be returned to the same condition in which guests first found them. * Furniture can only be moved by request. * Trash should be placed in designated bins and the host will take care of the rest. * Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. * All rentals include set up and teardown time.
