This classic, 5-story Class A space off main road 73 South between 295 and route 38 in the heart of Mt. Laurel, is the perfect location to conduct business in South Jersey. Right next to Cherry Hill and minutes from downtown Philadelphia, over 400,000 people arrive in Mt. Laurel each day to work. We offer dedicated work areas, conference rooms and a brand new boardroom to impress to host your meetings. We can provide an HDMI cable to connect to your Apple or PC laptops. And all our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff. This space is one of our private day offices for an individual looking for a quiet, professional location. We have an experienced support team right at your fingertips should you need any copying, faxing or on the spot admin work. We also have a highly efficient copier for use as well. Hotels nearby: Aloft, Candlewood Suites, Hyatt House We are open during business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday with professional receptionists to greet guests, and lounge and kitchen area access. The host was very responsive. The space was not the space advertised. We were put in a conference room when we requested an office space. I was dissapointed to find the space had not been cleaned. Fortunately we brought disinfecting wipes but there was no trash bin available to toss our trash which means we had to walk yo a common area to dispose of our trash. The receptionists were very loud and at some points a bit disruptive. This was our first time using this space. The price is very reasonable and location is great. I hope this was a one off and this is not the norm.
