All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Flexible gallery space, perfect for intimate gatherings such as tasting parties, birthday parties, networking, team building, meet-ups, and pop-ups. Space fits 10-15 seated or 30-35 standing and can be rearranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs. High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, industrial aesthetic with welcoming vibes surrounded by colorful local seasonal art that is changed out at the beginning of each season. Space offers Wifi, adjustable height tables, stools/chairs, coffee/tea, included in the fee. Upstairs loft space is available for an extra fee and is perfect for a DJ or small lounge area overlooking the main space. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. Catering through off-site vendor partners available upon request, ask for details. There is a sink, toaster oven, and bathroom available as well. A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent weekdays, some evenings and weekends. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking a couple blocks up. The space is also accessible by bus and street car. We recommend inquiries and/or site visits prior to booking so we can suggest set up and get a clear understanding of your needs.

CLEANING
Cleaning fee will be charged $50 per day for multi-day bookings.
Per Peerspace terms, set-up and clean-up times should be included in your hourly rental request.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
The space was really nice and was perfect for the event, I think DeeDee was really accommodating. However , I feel like we were very transparent about what our event was and part way through the night DeeDee said that’s we needed to ask people to leave . However, less people that showed up then we had said . We were getting noise complaints however we we were not doing anything ridiculous or outside of what we said we would do.

This art gallery was an ideal location to host a private proposal party and dinner. Downstairs was the perfect place to have a communal table that sits about 10 people. The counters provide sufficient space to place food, appetizers and drinks. The upstairs was also a great addition as it provided a private lounge for the guests. I would recommend this place for parties of 10-15 people.

A small cozy space. The wall with the artwork helped set the artistic tone of this place and gave it a good vibe and unique character. We were doing film production, so there will be occasional noise from outside cars, trucks, and chatty pedestrians. If that's not the reservation purpose, then it shouldn't be an issue. Parking can get a bit challenging around this neighborhood. DeeDee, the host, was onsite during our reserved time, but she was pleasant, accommodating, and friendly about everything.
