About the Space
Great for medical related filming. There are 4 exam rooms, all fully equipped with exam table, doctor's stool, examining equipment, sink, etc. The space opens to a comfortable waiting room and reception desk that can seat up to 3 people. There is a break room, lab area and large ADA-compliant bathroom within the suite. The location is just off I-395 at the King Street Exit in Alexandria, VA. The space is equipped with internet and wifi, and the computer in the space can be used. There is also a printer (which has come in handy with previous users for last minute script changes, etc.) The suite is on a very quiet floor. A nearby shopping center has numerous restaurants, Starbucks and two grocery stores for keeping the crew fed and comfortable. CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS

It was perfect. We were also able to have our makeup and hair artist in different rooms to help out with space and noise while filming. The little kitchen helped out a lot to give the cast some room to move around.

Great doctor's office space! It was clean and was an easy load-in and load-out for our video crew. Cecelia was great to work with and incredibly responsive. I booked the space to shoot a film. It was amazing. The space is clean, convenient, centrally located with plenty of parking. Cecilia was easy to work with, very accommodating and prompt to get back to you. I highly recommend this place.
