This fabulous, fully renovated 1928 Tudor is uniquely equipped to accommodate corporate & team-building retreats, as well as backyard tailgate parties, small-footprint weddings, children's birthday parties, outdoor movie viewing parties, team-building retreats, and more! Located in the heart of Crestwood - one of Birmingham's most popular family neighborhoods - this beautifully renovated Tudor has a versatile studio space downstairs that doubles as a play and work area. The home also features a spacious fenced-in backyard with outdoor entertaining stations already in place. The venue can comfortably accommodate 10-50 people and has been fully renovated inside & out. Outdoor areas include a spacious fenced-in backyard and grilling/seating areas. Projector, screen, and audio provided for outdoor viewing events. Bride & Groom dressing rooms are also available onsite. Rental costs are $100 per hour with a 6-hour minimum. Additionally, we offer events flexible planning packages that include coordinating rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions, and after-ceremony catering, wedding cakes, floral design, themed propping/staging, and more. Costs vary based on need and deliverables; all services are available on an a ala carte or hourly rate or by flat fee for bundled services.
* The venue is located in a residential neighborhood and subject to city noise ordinances, i.e., "quiet time" begins at 11 p.m. and amplified or live music cannot be "clearly audible" for more than 50 feet across the property line of the home's 6,000-sq.-ft. lot. * Parking is curbside/street parking. * Alcohol is BYOB, however corkage fees by case or by bottle must be negotiated and paid prior to the event. * No smoking is allowed except in designated outside areas, and will be strictly enforced. * Outside events planning, catering, etc. are allowed, but details must be submitted to host at time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to event. * The use of candles, incense, mosquito coils or any other fire or heat producing item is allowed only with pre-approval from the host. * Commons areas, dressing rooms & entertaining/staging areas are expected to be returned to the same condition in which guests first found them. * Furniture can only be moved by request. * Trash should be placed in designated bins and the host will take care of the rest. * Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. * All rentals include set up and teardown time.
