2,000 ft² Newly built Healthy modern loft home built with breathable "good for you" materials. Exposed Durisol blocks, meeting table up to 7, breakout lounge with monitor for presentations, outdoor space, and Zen yoga studio space with dance floors for those who wish to rent for meditation/yoga retreat. Walking distance to ACL, town lake, Barton Springs, downtown, Whole Foods and all Austin has to offer. The ONLY space available to rent are the ones you see in the photos. Living room, Studio, Kitchen, and powder room. Bedrooms upstairs are off limits.
Please do not smoke anywhere on the premises. We prefer not walking with outdoor shoes in the space. We will take out of deposit if there is excessive wear and tear, such as stains to furniture, floors and walls. Please be mindful of noise, you are in a residential neighborhood. Thank you

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was a great space! The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is that there was a note to not use the upstairs bathroom, but the downstairs bathroom was not in complete working order (needed to be reset after each use). Other than that, it was a great space and perfect for our small-team offsite meeting!
