MID CENTURY EVENT AND MEETING SPACE This unique space is nestled in the Shadow Hills region of Sunland, CA. The space is surrounded by rolling hills, trees, and flowering plants. With plenty of natural light through the day, the room is inviting and vibrant. The space provides a comfortable atmosphere for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, workshops, and other events, all in a safe and accessible neighborhood. With large windows and sliding doors, the space opens up to shade trees and the lush grounds. The space totals 1,230 sq ft. Easy access to the 210 and 5 freeways make it simple for your guests to find. An abundence of free parking is available on site. MODERN AMENITIES include WiFi, and a flatscreen TV. EVENT SPACE Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the space must leave with you. $150 security deposit due immediately upon booking. Security deposit may be paid via credit card or check. $50 cleaning fee covers preparation of the space for you, and cleaning after your event. Event insurance and a damage deposit is required. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. No smoking anywhere on the campus. Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits. You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol, and for ensuring there is no underage drinking. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found to be present, client will be asked to dispose of immediately. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate halt of the rental without refund of any remaining time. Client is responsible for securing needed furniture. The space has limited tables and chairs available, and we can provide a list of rental companies upon request. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items. Client may decorate the space as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use, and may only be hung with painters tape or 3M Command Strips. No glitter, silly string, confetti, or duct tape allowed in the space.
Great space and great host. Any time I reached out, I got a response within 1-2 hours max! Luke was extremely flexible and accommodating. We were able to use the kitchen and warmers and it was just a great experience. THANK YOU!
