This Mid Century Modern home with authentic Danish Furniture was recently remodeled and modernized featuring massive living room windows, wood ceilings, and a large open kitchen featuring a 9 foot island with California style indoor/outdoor covered patio. Located in the beautiful Linda Vista neighborhood adjacent to the Rose Bowl, this home is situated at the top of a secluded cul-de-sac of mid century homes.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This house was great. Very much the way it looks in person is the same that you see in the photos. Which we always appreciate. The owners were easy to communicate with were very warm and welcoming and would check in throughout the day. But definitely gave us our space. We had a crew of 20 and it did feel like a lot but it was definitely a great size to allow everyone to work in separate areas and get a lot accomplished. We would definitely recommend using the space. Lots of great natural light.

This place was beautiful, and exactly like the pictures - if not, better! The hosts were amazing, and gave me all of the information needed to get in and get set up, which was a seamless process. We hosted a Bridal Shower for my sister-n-law, and had an intimate gathering with 15 guests. I wasn't sure if more people would show up that didn't RSVP, but Calise was accommodating, and very understanding. Their home required very little decorating for the event, nothing short of a few nice floral arrangements, which was great. Being is Pasadena, there was a fear of the heat, however, their home was tucked away in such a quite and shaded area that felt like an oasis. We got started a bit later than expected, and Calise was very understanding, and didn't pressure us about time. I would definitely book again.

What an incredible house! Calise is wonderful and this place is a true gem. Would rent again in a second. Was perfect for our small shoot - big driveway that holds 15 cars. Overall - a wonderful experience.
