Do you need a place to host your Holiday party or offsite? We have you covered with our large (up to 4,700 sqft) brick timber loft in SoMa. ***Ask us about our early Holiday party booking discount!*** All the furniture in our space can be moved to allow for a blank canvas for parties. We also have full AV set-up with two projector screens for easy plug in for Town Halls or Holiday videos! Happy to answer any questions, please just ask!
No Smoking We allow outside vendors. No Cooking allowed in the space. All food must be pre-made and served from warmers if need be. Sorry we have no ovens here. Trash must be placed in garbage bins next to the freight elevator. (Host will show you where) Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. Cleaning fee includes, sweeping/mopping of the space, wiping down surfaces and taking out the trash. It does not include cleaning/removing decorations or removing trash/debris from the floor.
Just used this space last weekend to host a leadership conference! Venue was very spacious and could accommodate all 120 of our members + children comfortably. Bathrooms were clean and host was really helpful! Would definitely book again! Thank you so much!

Murph was an incredible host and ensured our event ran smoothly. She had great communication and was very accommodating. Our event was a huge success and it was the perfect venue to host our first half-day conference.
This was the second time I booked this space since it fulfilled my needs the first time around. I appreciate how spacious the room is with high ceilings. There's plenty of room for 120 chairs set out where guests can sit comfortably while still leaving enough room for others to network standing in the back. This time around however, I did experience an audio issue where most of the wireless mics didn't work the night of my event. Murph has been kind enough to offer me a small discount on my next booking here as a make-good.
This space is a gem. The large front room accommodated my panel event with plenty of space to set out 120 seated seats plus enough room for people to network in the back of the room. Bringing outside catered food in was a breeze. The A/V set up was key and the private room that acted like a green room was the ideal space for our speakers to hang out. My contact Murph was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, helpful and flexible with my needs. Without a doubt, I'd definitely book this venue again.
