About the Space
Location: Williamsburg, right off Graham Ave stop, L train. Size: 1600 square feet. We provide stackable high design desks and/or chairs. Our space can sit up to 40 people behind desks and 30 standing cocktail style in kitchenette/lounge area. This space is perfect for a class/workshop, talk or movie/presentation due to the max modularity of the space. The space can be used for photography and if the shoot takes multiple days, we can store the equipment in our supply room at no extra fee (also, ask us about a photoshoot on the roof). NOTE: **Complimentary Coffee & Premium Tea is included ** NOTE: Booking of kitchenette/lounge area includes non-exclusive use of the kitchen and podcast room ( shared with our Co-working Space Members until 6pm MON-FRI). Sat + Sun exclusive use of select areas. Please inquire. NOTE: Use of the private "Train Car" phone booth is for our Co-working space members only (unless you obtain permission to use it by staff). NOTE: If interested in our larger Co-Working Space section, it can be booked for $250/hr on a case by case based (kindly inquire).

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was beautiful and spacious. Charles was most understanding for our dinner party and Natalie, our attendant for the evening, assisted with setup and cleanup. Would recommend this to anyone hosting a similar event.

Elira was super responsive and very helpful in answering all our questions about the space. We also added an open bar and appetizers which were perfect. Kudos to the bartenders especially who made delicious drinks and were very kind to us! The space itself was exactly advertised and we will be back. (The entrance is a bit tough but they let us put posters on the door to help direct guests)
