All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A Photography Studio available for rent . Easily able to utilize for Videography, Production, and Casting Located in the artistic neighborhood of Long Island City, Queens. In the vicinity of "Court Square- 23 Street " with connection to the "7, E, M and G train lines. ALL of our equipment comes included in the hourly rate. Compatible with Canon, Nikon and Sony DSLRs. No cancellation fees, if cancelled within 48 hrs. Our all white studio comes fully equipped- 2 person -Makeup station , Projector Screen, lights (4 Interfit Sa & Sa1 Lights) detachable grids , backdrop (up to 6 colors at at time) option of seamless papers , White, Gray , Black, and Green screen, are always available. Specific colors are not guaranteed. If you would like to request a certain color, we will try our best to accommodate at $25/roll. *Available by Appointment Only *Studio Rental $65 per hour. *LIC ART ORG decorated building & We are also part of LIC ART ORG *800 Square feet, High Ceilings * Complimentary Spring Water, Soda and Wine * Pixel Fitness Section *Music Sound System *Freight Elevator (M-F 9am- 4pm) * Wifi *Able to accommodate comfortably up to 30 people

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
