Our space is perfect for conferences, performances, and workshops. Our Venue is a renovated, bow and truss warehouse, with built-in 30' x 10' stage, state of the art AV, and up to 300 black folding chairs; tables and linens also available on request. Theatre style seating facing the stage works well for conferences, as do lounge and reception layouts for parties. We can also host up to 150 at banquet round tables with dance floor for social events. Parking for up to 40 is on site as well, and many of the streets surrounding our space have unrestricted parking. We're near the heart of Hollywood, walking distance from major hotels, attractions, and the subway. We can fit up to 400 people, theatre or reception style; 150 seated at banquet rounds for social occasions. We have an on-site cafe that can be open for service while your guests are here. Please note we require a site rep, assistant site rep, and sometimes valet as well, and large guest counts may require rental of our overflow spaces as well *****thus a custom quote is required for this space.****
- No smoking of any kind. - No loud music after 11pm. (We reserve the right to turn down music at any time.) - All trash should be disposed of by guests at end of the night; we have a dumpster on site that can be used. Room should be broom-clean by end of night. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors, as well as any building and safety or special use permits as necessitated by City of Los Angeles. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. - Security may be required pending the type of event. - No hard liquor is allowed per our liquor license. Beer and wine allowed only, and a 20% corkage fee based on current retail value of beer and wine will be charged.
