This modern home has a beautiful open layout with backyard in close proximity to downtown Culver City, with easy access to the Robertson exit off the 10 fwy. The home boasts luxurious accommodations and an open floor plan extending out to the yard that makes it perfect for hosting private events. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a family room plus work space upstairs. The backyard has a fire pit and grill with seating. Garage parking for 2 cars, plus 1-2 in driveway, or use garage as a perfect check-in space for events. Great lighting and lots of instagramable spaces. We welcome people to schedule a walk-through to take a look prior to the event with sufficient notice.
A security deposit, in the form of a check for $1,500 will be required at check-in. The check will be destroyed upon post-checkout walk-through, and photographic evidence of the destroyed check will be provided. If your production will not be utilizing a lot of equipment requiring setup/breakdown then the need for a security deposit can be negotiated. We may also require that you secure liability insurance. We can provide you with a link to a vendor we have used in the past, the cost is usually less than $100. No pets, no smoking indoors. Otherwise, feel free to use the space for whatever event you like.
